We are a high driven and motivated buisness in the heart of South Wales. Bringing you the very best and unique scents of homemade Wax Melts, Candles and Burners
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery is done on a daily basis using royal mail and other couriers depending on the size of parcel sent.
All products are sent using boxes and bubble wrap to prevent any breakage of your products.
Products can be returned but must be sent back how the products were received. But first I would need to see photos of any reason as to why products need to be returned such as mistaken scents sent or broken items etc.
Once this has been shown and items have been returned, I am happily willing to provide either a full refund or replace the items/product in question.
